Discover the park's iron-mining history by touring an iron mine with a park ranger, visiting our blacksmith, etching a scratch block, and watching an iron pour. Scratch blocks go on sale at 2:00. Supplies are limited. Limit one per person. The line forms early! Iron pour starts at 6:00 PM.

10 am - noon - Ranger-led interpretive hayride tours of the Park's historic iron mines. Ride leaves every 1/2 hour. Some easy hiking required. Last ride leaves at 11:30. Meet at the Iron Hill parking lot. We will also have the blacksmith shop open, yard games to play, and other activities throughout the day at various times. SCRATCH BLOCKS ON SALE AT 2:00, while supplies last, limit one per person. Behind Park Office. Scratch blocks must be returned by 5:30. IRON POUR AT 6:00
