Discover the park's iron-mining history by touring an iron mine with a park ranger, visiting our blacksmith, etching a scratch block, and watching an iron pour.

SCHEDULE: Noon - 5:30 PM: Friends of Red Top selling food. 10 am - noon: Iron mine tour. Meet @ Iron Hill Trail parking lot. 10 am - 3 pm: Blacksmith shop open. Behind Park Office. 1 - 5 pm: Yard Games (cornhole, ladder golf, and Viking Chess). Field behind Park Office. 2 pm: Scratch blocks on sale behind the Park Office. Supplies are limited; limit 5 per person. 3 pm: Round-robin cornhole tournament. Win a free scratch block! 6 pm: Iron Pour! Fee for scratch block molds. $5 parking. 770-975-0055.
