Discover why Panola Mountain is such an important ecosystem and a National Natural Landmark during this Ranger-led hike to the top of the mountain. As we traverse the trail, we will see plants and wildlife native to Georgia's Piedmont region. Wear sturdy hiking shoes and bring water. Register in advance. Meet in Nature Center

This is a moderately strenuous hike covering approximately 3 miles, with significant elevation changes and uneven terrain. Ages 7 and up. $7 plus $5 parking. 770-389-7801.
