The Friends of George L. Smith State Park and Boy Scout Troop 205 of Twin City are hosting a Halloween Carnival with games, treats, and popcorn before the moonlight paddle that evening. Bring out your kid's and enjoy the evening with us. 10 tickets for $5. $5 parking.
