At 11:00am, learn about the amazing Giant Ground Sloth that roamed Skidaway during the Ice Age. At 3:00pm learn about lost prevention and see simple items to take on your hike. At 9:00pm walk the trails at night to hear nocturnal animals call, and see if you can identify them. $5 parking. 912-598-2300.

Located 15 miles southeast of Savannah on Diamond Causeway. Turn left at the first traffic light on Skidaway Island to enter the park. Please note that some GPS devices will miss this important turn.
