This event has already occurred.   (Archived)

Enjoy free admission to the park on September 28, 2013. In addition, if you want to find out what it's like to be a local volunteer, bring your pitchforks, rakes, and work gloves, and join the Friends of Tallulah Gorge as they spread mulch on the north rim trail. Come to the interpretative center, sign the release, get a volunteer shirt (as long as supplies last) and volunteer your time. Scout groups are welcomed. For additional info, send an email to jpurvis@windstream.net. 706-754-7981.
