River Clean Up -- Your State Parks Day
Saturday, Sep 26, 2015
1:30 PM to 3:30 PM
Join our river cleanup with Rivers Alive and the Cooperative Extension Office. We will clean along the water way and remove trash from fishing areas. Please wear clothing that can get dirty. Bring water, a hat, sunscreen and bug spray.
Rivers Alive will provide t-shirts for participants at the afternoon clean-up! We will also have door prizes for “most unique trash item collected” along with some other awards. Trash bags and gloves will be provided but feel free to bring any supplies that would be helpful to the cause! Please wear clothing that can get dirty and be prepared to spend time outside – water, hat, sunscreen, and bug spray are recommended! Call the Park Office for more information!
