Have you ever wondered how sugar cane syrup is made? Find out how in times past farmers made their very own. Sip on fresh sugar cane juice while watching the syrup making process and enjoy demonstrations around the farm. Come experience Syrup Makin' Day in the country.

Also a steam engine driven cane press, boiling syrup in a huge kettle, woodstove cooking, taffy pull, and smells, sounds, tastes of days gone by.
