The First Day Hike program organized by "Americas State Parks" is an historic event. It represents the first time that all 50 states have collaborated on a nationwide event occurring on the same day. From California to Maine every state park system in the country is participating.

Start the new year out right. Come take the 1st step toward accomplishing your first 5K run. A coach will teach you weekly strategies to get you to where you can run a complete 5K without stopping. Your fist run will take place on January 1st and will involve interval training.
