Come to celebrate our independence with a bicycle parade and many fun contests, such as the best patriotic costume, best patriotic bicycle, watermelon eating contest, golf cart parade, best decorated campsite, water wars, bingo, and an ice cream party.

Theme "Hats Off To America" Our day will start of at 10:00 a.m. with the bike parade you must wear a HAT! Prize for the best decorated bike, best hat. 11:00 a.m. Golf cart parade around the campground. Prize for best decorated golf cart. 12:00 p.m. Watermelon eating contest. Prize for fastest eater. 1:00 p.m. Judging for best decorated campsite in Campground #1 and Campground #2. 2:00 p.m. Ice cream party. Come and make your own Sundae ice cream. Cost $2.00. 5:00 p.m. Water Wars begins! Bring your water balloons, hook up the hoses and get ready to soak down the Park staff.

Located 7 miles northeast of Lincolnton on Highway 378.
GA State Route 378 construction has begun on the bridge between Lincolnton, GA and McCormick, SC. This construction will impact traffic coming to Elijah Clark State Park. Traffic is being routed from GA Highway 47 on to Chamberlin Ferry Road to GA Highway 220 to State Route 378. Visitors coming from Augusta and Columbia County on GA Highway 47 east need to turn right onto GA Highway 220 east following it until they reach GA Highway 378 North.
