In prehistoric times, Skidaway Island was home to the Yamasee and Guale peoples. We see them today in their shell middens and pottery. Learn about the materials they used to create the art that archaeologist find today, by doing it yourself! Expect an activity with ochre based paint and crafting with clay. Meet at the Interpretive Center.
