The lodge overlooks the park’s Wallace Adams Golf Course. Located near McRae, the 1,265 acres of high sandhills and pine forests at this middle Georgia park provide a beautiful setting for family getaways, group meetings and conferences. Guests will enjoy the park’s 18-hole golf course, 265-acre lake, lighted tennis courts, miniature golf, nature trail, and many other exciting recreational opportunities. There is also a swimming pool available for lodge guests only.

Two of Georgia’s rare species, the harmless Indigo snake and the gopher tortoise may be seen from the park’s nature trail. Children staying at the park will especially enjoy its playgrounds and miniature golf course, which is a replica of the 18-hole course.

The 18-hole Wallace Adams Golf Course, widely known as one of the best public courses in Georgia, features an attractive clubhouse and pro shop where golf carts are available for rent. The golf pro can organize tournaments for small groups or provide private or group lessons at a reasonable cost.
