From Atlanta via I-85: North to Hwy #985/365. Hwy. 985 ends just north of Gainesville, but 365 continues north from Gainesville. Continue on 365 approximately 20 miles to 2nd traffic light which is Hwy #384. Turn left and go approximately 20 miles to GA Hwy #75. Turn right (traveling north) and you are 3 miles from Helen. Two miles north of Helen turn right on GA Hwy #356, continue for 2 miles to the entrance of Unicoi.

From Atlanta via GA 400: Take 400 north until it ends. At the end of the highway there is a traffic light and a two lane road, Long Branch Rd., that continues north. Travel on Long Branch Road for approximately 5 miles to Hwy 115/52. Turn right and travel approximately 13 miles to Cleveland. At the Court House (traffic light) turn left, around the Court House building. You will be traveling north on Hwy 129. At the next traffic light turn right on GA Hwy #75 and go 9 miles to Helen. Two miles north of Helen turn right on GA Hwy #356. Continue for 2 miles to the entrance of Unicoi.

From Chattanooga (132 miles): I-75 south to Dalton, GA take Hwy #76 to Ellijay, then south on Hwy #52 to Dahlonega. At Dahlonega continue on Hwy #52/115 to Cleveland. At the Courthouse in Cleveland take GA Hwy #129 north one block to GA Hwy, #75, turn right and go 9 miles to Helen. Two miles north of Helen turn right on GA Hwy. #356. Continue for 2 miles to the entrance of Unicoi.

From South Carolina : I-85 South to the Lavonia. Travel Hwy #17 West to Toccoa. Turn left on the Hwy #17 By-Pass to Hwy #365 South. Stay on 365 South to Cornelia. At Cornelia exit turn left (Hwy #441 North for 1 mile turn left on Hwy #105. Travel West approximately 15 miles to Hwy #17, turn left and travel approximately 12 miles to GA Hwy #75, turn right and you are 3 miles from Helen. Two miles north of Helen turn right on GA Hwy. #356. Continue for 2 miles to the entrance of Unicoi.
