Pioneer Camp:
The area is located near a 28-acre lake and is a primitive, rugged site for groups only. 10 person minimum. The site is remote and has water but no electricity. Also available are pit toilets, cold water shower, picnic tables, trash receptacles, fire ring & grill and 2 adirondack shelters.

Cottage 6:
This recently-renovated cottage has two bedrooms and one bath with a sleeping capacity of 4. It is separate from the rest of the cottages, but still offers satellite TV, central heat and air, a full kitchen, and screened porch. There is also a fire ring and picnic table outside. This cottage is available for rental year-round.

Group Lodge:
The ADA-acccessible Group Lodge at Magnolia Springs offers organized groups a facility that will sleep 16 people (8 per room, bunk beds) and still provide the modern amenities offered in our cottages. It has a full kitchen, common area, two bathrooms (one ADA), and folding tables/chairs for dining. The common area has couches and chairs as well. The screened porch on the rear of the building is perfect for outdoor dining or just enjoying the weather. A fire ring and several picnic tables are provided, though we ask that these tables not be brought onto the porch.  Satellite TV is planned for the Group Lodge but is not in place at this time. The Group Lodge is available for rental year-round.
