"Down by the Riverside" Hike

1 PM to 4 PM
Join us for a 2.5-hour hike through the seldom visited Chattahoochee River area of the park. This will be primarily a nature hike but will also include the manmade history of the area. We will meet in the Interpretive Center by the "Trails" parking lot and then carpool to the Riverside area. Children under 6 and dogs will not be permitted on this hike. $5 plus $5 parking.

Directions:
Take I-20 west from Atlanta, exit #44 at Thornton Road, turn left and go 1/4 mile. Turn right on Blairs Bridge Road. After 2 miles, turn left on Mount Vernon Road and proceed to the park.
