To make a reservation for the Magnolia Springs Pioneer Camp, Group Camp, Lawton Cottage and Group Cottage call (478) 982-1660.
Pioneer Camp:
The area is located near a 28-acre lake and is a primitive, rugged site for groups only. 10 person minimum. The site is remote and has water but no electricity. Also available are pit toilets, cold water shower, picnic tables, trash receptacles, fire ring & grill and 2 adirondack shelters.

Group Camp:
The Group Camp is a former civil war prison camp and operates the Bo Ginn Aquarium (on site) and park has natural springs. It has an 86 capacity group camp consisting of 2 dormitories with bunk beds, lockers, bathrooms and showers. The dormitories each sleep 35 people. The buildings are not heated or air conditioned but have windows/attic fans to provide ventilation. There is 1, 2-bedroom staff cabin, which holds 16 staff. The dining hall/kitchen is commercially equipped with all cooking and serving utensils provided. Dining hall is air conditioned but not heated.

Lawton Cottage:
Cottage is located in the group camp area and is referred to as the "Lawton Cottage". This cottage is not beside cottage 5. It is off by itself in the group area. Has one queen bed in each bedroom, and one queen size sleeper sofa. Has picnic table, screened porch, grill, heat/ac, microwave and coffee maker. Has wood burning heater. Remodeled bathroom. There is no TV or phone. This cottage is included in Camp Magnolia Springs April 1 - Oct. 31 and is not available for separate rental during this time.

Group Cottage:
Group cottage located in group camp area. Has heating/ac, all cooking and serving utensils furnished, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, bunkbeds - must supply own linens. Has 2 bedrooms with 4 bunkbed units per room. Dining room table with chairs and fully equipped kitchen. The cottage has 3 bathrooms, 2 are full baths with showers, no linens, no towels, no pillows, just mattresses. Has a small front porch sitting area (not enclosed) back deck, charcoal grill and fire ring provided. This cottage is included in Camp Magnolia Springs April 1 - Oct. 31 and is not available for separate rental during this time.
