BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Tee times can be booked in advance up to 14 days - the window will open on a sliding 14-day period. |
|
2.
|
|
There will be a 2-hour prior to tee time cutoff for tee time bookings. |
|
3.
|
|
Singles are first-come, first-served, NO advanced reservations for singles. |
|
4.
|
|
Twosomes will be paired with other twosomes with shared tee time. |
|
5.
|
|
Cancellations need to be made 24 hours in advance. ANY "No Show" will be charged one regular priced green/cart fee which will be charged to credit card of record. |
|
6.
|
|
Transfers of tee times are allowed with a 6-hour advance notice. |
|
7.
|
|
Internet reservations require a $1.99 reservation fee to Quick18.com Reservation fees are collected with credit card payment to guarantee reservations. Green fees and cart fees are collected at the golf course. Payment options include credit card, cash, check or gift certificates. |

8.
|
|
Golfers should arrive at golf course 30 minutes prior to tee time. |
|
9.
|
|
Alcohol sales. All courses except Highland Walk Golf Course in Royston sell alcohol, private coolers or outside beverage is not allowed. |
|

|
|
All specials, discounts or promotional rates will be reflected in current course rates and will be adjusted when you check-in. |
|
11.
|
|
Group rates - booked ONLY through Course Pro/Manager or Golf Package Team. |
|
12.
|
|
Up to 5 tee times can be booked by one person through the web but if you want any extras like lodging, meals or shotgun start, then these also need to go to either Pro Manager or Golf Package team. |

|
Hours of course operation change as the seasons (sunlight) changes. Spring - Mar to Nov is usually 7 am to 7 pm; Winter - Dec to Feb - 8 am to 5 pm. |

|
During Master's Week, pre-booked/paid tee times are sold through the golf course only for both Arrowhead Pointe and The Creek. No REFUNDS but transfers are allowed with 24 hours notice. |
|
15.
|
|
Once play has started, we do not give refunds, only rain checks to be used at course later. |
|
16.
|
|
A driver's license is required to operate a golf cart; proof is sometimes requested. |
|
17.
|
|
Our dress code is open and inviting, however, collared shirt and no cut-offs preferred. |
|
18.
|
|
Tee times will be booked with golf fees and cart fees combined. |
|
19.
|
|
Golf packages (golf with park Lodging) and Golf Outings/Tournaments cannot be booked on-line. Please call (800) 434-0982 and Press 1 for a Golf Package Specialist, or Press 3 for Golf Tournament information. |
