Outdoor Recreation Legacy Partnership Program

July 19, 2017 — The U.S. Department of the Interior and the National Park Service announced $13.3 million through the Outdoor Recreation Legacy Partnership (ORLP) program to assist 22 cities in 17 states with projects to plan, build, and enhance parks and other outdoor recreation facilities in underserved communities.

Congratulations to the City of Atlanta-Enota Park on being selected as one of the 22 cities in the national competition!

After two years, the wait is over! The 2017–2018 Land and Water Conservation Fund grant cycle is now open.

For those who are familiar with the Land and Water Conservation Fund grant program, please note that the criteria questions are now narrative based. Please allow an appropriate amount of time to prepare well thought out answers in order to receive maximum points.

Applications must be postmarked on or before Tuesday, October 31, 2017 or hand-delivered by 4:00 p.m. that day.
