Georgia State Parks and Historic Sites
Mountain parks are past peak, opening up the canopy to more sunlight. The advantage of this is hiking across a colorful forest floor, rather than looking up for color. Lower elevation parks are moving past peak, but still have some great color. Because cabins and campsites fill up quickly during leaf-watching season, visitors should make reservations as soon as possible. Tag your photos!  #GaFallColor
