Located near Macon, Georgia, Echeconnee Creek Wildlife Management Area covers 690 acres. This WMA provides archery hunting opportunities for deer, turkey and small game. Public access to Ocmulgee River tract is only by boat. No camping allowed on the property.

Echeconnee Creek WMA is made up of three different tracts:

  • Echeconnee Creek Tract: 549 acres
  • Ocmulgee River Tract: 300 acres
  • Macon Tract: 200 acres
