Service of Process According to O.C.G.A. § 50-21-35, as amended by SB74
In accordance with O.C.G.A. § 50-21-35, the Georgia Department of Natural Resources (“the Department”) designates the following individuals for service of process for civil actions:
Tiffany Collins – HR Generalist
Miguel de Alba - Contracts Administrator
Briana Rivers – HR Technician
Cassie Scott – Office Coordinator
A designee for service of process will be present Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, excluding state observed holidays and other office closures, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. eastern standard time or eastern daylight time, whichever is applicable.
The Department may be served at 2 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, SE, Suite 1252, Atlanta, Georgia 30334.
