Winter Storm Izzy - Media Alert

WHAT:
Georgia Department of Natural Resources, which operates Georgia State Parks & Historic Sites, has opened 11 group shelters at 10 Georgia State Park locations as warming stations for those without power due to the impacts of winter storm Izzy.

MISC:
No cost or reservations are required to stay at the shelters.
