The Georgia Department of Natural Resources has announced the promotion of Jason Grantham to the manager position at Roosevelt's Little White House State Historic Site in Warm Springs, Ga. Originally from Harris County, Jason studied Computer Science at the University of Phoenix in Columbus. Jason joined DNR as a part-time tour guide at Roosevelt's Little White House. From there he moved over to the maintenance department, eventually becoming the site's General Trades Craftsman II.
Jason and his wife, April, have been living in Harris County their entire lives and have been married for 27 years. They have one son, Tim. Jason has served as the Assistant Park Manager at Roosevelt's Little White House for three years. Jason enjoys coin collecting, fishing and video gaming with family. Additionally, he was nominated for the DNR State Parks & Historic Sites’ Region 5 Si Longmire Ranger of the Year award in 2022 and has earned a Citation of Excellence for his outstanding Servant Leadership.
